#16: Why You Overeat - Primary Causes and Solutions

In this episode I look at the 3 main reasons women generally overeat, specifically habit, physical and emotional reasons. I also provide some solutions, ideas and strategies to think about and try if you suffer from overeating. 

Overeating is not that widespread here in France, and as a compliment to this episode, I suggest listening to episode 2 where I talk about why French women don’t overeat.
